With the development of the manufacturing industry information,the production process controltakes a key role in the enterprises management. It’s an important target to improve the productionmanagement level for the defense of manufacturing industry information. Based on Internet of thingstechnology,our research group proposes the discrete manufacturing workshop management. Throughthe implementation of manufacturing data rapid collection,management and transmission,the datareal-time feedback to upper management application system. The goal is to improve the perceptionand the response capability of the enterprises.According to the above discussion,this thesis studies the technical condition oriented to theproduct manufacturing process. It includes manufacturing process data acquisition, conditionmanagement,condition control. The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,this thesis introduces the structure and operation of the technical condition managementsystem.,and then puts forward the UML data model,uses XML for the UML model expression.Ensure the manufacturing process of technology condition management system based on network datatransmission. Secondly, several key technologies have been studied, such as technical dataacquisition,technology condition network model,technology condition control,the resourcesmanagement of technology condition based on Agent. Last introduce the framework of productmanufacturing process technology condition management system,and show some function modulepictures of the technology condition management system.
