With the acceleration of Chinese cities motorization process, the rapid increase ofvarious means of transport, cars emissions of pollutants increasingly serious, fog and hazeincreasingly in urban environment,which is not optimistic, it is contrary to build our countryinto ecological civilization target. Adopting many foreign transit metropolis about regular busdevelopment experiences and lessons, combined with our regular bus development status andproblems, more and more cities have realized that energy saving and emission reductionbenefits that play the key role in urban public transportation network planning. Therefore,from the perspective of the development of low-carbon urban transport,it has a veryimportant practical significance to optimize regular bus network.This article mainly elaborate from the our country city bus low-carbon developmentpresent situation, urban public transport demand forecasting, city bus network optimizationmethods, in low carbon development mode about bi-level programming of model regularl busnetwork optimization and ues genetic tabu algorithm to resolve model of urban transitnetwork optimizationt, Low carbon bus comprehensive evaluation system.From the connotation of low carbon public transportation, characteristics, infectedfactors to expound our country city bus of the development of low carbon current situation. Toforecast public transport passenger traffic demand,taking the traditional method of four stages,from the fundamental data such as population size, jobs, base residents year and target yeartransit trip generation and trip attraction, traffic distribution, traffic mode split model, trafficassignment. Obtain target year OD traffic between each traffic area, it is the foundation forbus network optimization. To analysis situation of Nanchang public transportation network,evaluateing the status of Nanchang low-carbon buses.For bi-level programming model, theupper model consideration all the bus daily total CO2emissions in the process of publictransport operations, and the lower model on the basis of bus passenger flow distribution, uesthe improved logit bus passenger flow distribution model, with consideration of constraintsuch as a single line, the line net. For the algorithm of solving the model, Because of thegenetic algorithm is simple, highly versatile, effective and robust features, so using theMATLAB software to compile program realization of the algorithm to resolve theoptimization model. In this paper, at the end of the chapter, taking nanchang city as anexample,using the above model and algorithm to optimize nanchang city low carbon publictransport network optimization, it is concluded that the nanchang bus network optimized layout scheme, then provide the scientific basis about nanchang public transport networkoptimization.
