| An important content of mass transit's priority is to optimize the public transport network, the network's optimization is the foundation of raising the public transport system's service level and the competency of public transport The public transport has a great influence to transport business income, resident's going out and the municipal transport, therefore ,the network's optimization and the adjustment have to be Scientific and prudent.On this question, this paper has investigated and studied thoroughly and has detailed analysis and discussion.Usually, the traditional public transport network design methods has not considered the public transportation users'the way choice behavior, thus, it has some limitation in practical application's feasibility and the design result aspect. This article uses the bi-level programmin to manifest fully for the different policy-making behavior between the Supplier and the requirement and the bilateral interaction, it tallies with the public transportation network the actual situation of design process, it can support the personnel and the enterprise policy-makers of public transport for more scientific, practical and feasible data.The result proved that bi-level programmin in the public transport network's design is feasible and effective.This paper has a detailed analysis about the the foundation and the question of the public transport system in Nanchang, with the method of"four stages", this paper has established the Trip Generation model, Trip Distribution model, Modal Split model, Traffic Flow Assignment model, and used this model to forecast the matrix of residents's going out in Nanchang.Finally, this paper has established the bi-level programmin in Nanchang, and compiled the design procedure of the bi-level programming through MATLAB, obtained the plan of optimized network.Through the measure results'analysis, the effect is ideal. |
