Shipboard electronic equipment cabinets are important control ship weapon system.Shipboard electronic cabinets are fitted with a variety of electronic components.For example:Printed circuit board, filter and so on.The quality of electronic device directly determined the operational performance ofshipboard weapon system. In the real environment, vibration and shock makes a great impact ofthese electronic components teams.Cabinet is the support of electronic component, therefore, thequality of that vibration resistance of shipboard electronic cabinet directly determine theperformance of electronic components. It is necessary to study the anti-vibration performance ofshipboard electronic cabinet.This paper firstly introduced several types of current shipboard electronic cabinet whichwere commonly used, then selecting one type of electronic cabinet to study the aspect ofvibration. According to the structural characteristics of the cabinet, using finite element analysissoftware and establishing parametric model of this cabinet.In order to understanding the inherent characteristic which is the natural frequency of thesystem of shipboard electronic cabinet. It is necessary to carry on shipboard electronic cabinetvibration analysis. This cabinet containd four extensions, according to the structural character,we divide them into two classes and establish their finite element models. In order to understandthe impact of various extensions to the cabinet, the cabinet was conducted under differentinstallation modal analysis. According to the results of modal analysis, summarizing the inherentcharacteristics of electronic cabinets and extensions.After launching on the modal analysis ofshipboard electronic cabinet, this paper conducted a shipboard electronic cabinet harmonicanalysis which were arming in understanding the risk the resonance frequency of thesystem.Combining with the results of modal analysis and finding out the resonance dangerousrate, which provided a reference of subsequent sensitivity analysis.According to the structural characteristics of shipboard electronic cabinet, we specified thedesign variables and Carried on sensitivity analysis of shipboard electronic cabinet.the result ofsensitivity analysis would contain the design variables of the system which relate to the degree ofresonance rate of dangerous goods.Thus were the basis of optimizate design of vibration and noise reduction.
