High-power high-performance broadband acoustic emission system is one of the key piecesof acoustic warfare equipment, for which not only requires good performance of high-powertransmitters and broadband transducers, and needs add high performance broadband impedancematching network between the transducers and transmitters, in order to obtain high output powerand high energy conversion efficiency. This paper trial of high-power transmitters, and test itsperformance. Detailed design of the matching circuit, according to the transducer outputimpedance and the impedance of the transmitter circuit parameters trial, experiments werecarried out after making the transmission system having a matching response is flat emissionvoltage, high emission efficiency, and the transducer impedance small changes in characteristics.First, the trial of a2500W high-efficiency high-power transmitter, the text of the transmitterinput circuit respectively, driver amplifier and power amplifier circuit has been discussed indetail. According to the design of the circuit were selected devices, printed circuit boards,making the transmitter circuit, and debugging and test results meet the design requirements.Secondly, introduces three kinds of broadband matching method. The first one is a simplematching method, the second method for the real frequency data, the third component of thegenetic algorithm-based optimization method directly. The first is analytical methods, the lattertwo is numerical methods, and analyzes the differences in the conditions of application ofbroadband matching analytical methods and numerical methods. Matching design requiresmatching emitter voltage response flatness, high emission efficiency and small impedancevariations. Since the characteristics of multi-objective design requirements, describes themulti-objective optimization theory calculations. After obtaining the specific parameters of thecircuit, using circuit simulation software Multisim, Protel or Simulink for verification. However,due to the transducer equivalent circuit parameters with the frequency change, and therefore cannot directly get the result, the paper according to the formula of two-port network simulation byMatlab programming verification circuit.Finally, a typical high-frequency transmitter broadband piezoelectric transducer is matchedthe object to measure the impedance of the transmitting transducer parameters and transmit voltage response. Based on the parameters measured and combined real frequency data writingmethod and device matching circuit design optimization method simulation program directly, bycomparing a variety of circuit simulation model was a better matching circuit parameters.According to the simulation component values obtained by the production of the matchingcircuit, detailing the production process and in the pool were matched test results. Test results forthe voltage at both ends of the frequency band, improving the response of13dB, in the middle ofthe band improved9dB, matching improves the flatness of the circuit in response to the emissionvoltage and increase the emission voltage response.
