Reliability Analysis Of Different Indicators Of Reliability Under Emergency Based On The Integration Of The Road Network

Network reliability is an important indicator of the road network evaluation has an importantsignificance in the road network planning and road network evaluation. In this paper, both emergencysituations, integrated these two indicators of network of connectivity reliability and travel timereliability then gets the results.Firstly, the definition and classification of emergeney ineident, and analyze thecharacteristics ofunexpected events, as well as the impact of two incidents of this study road network reliability,thensystem reliability theory has been described and defined the content of the road network reliability.Secondly, analyzed and compared the network connectivity reliability and travel time reliability,and evaluated the reliability of the road network in the situation of earthquake disaster and suddenemergencies traffic congestion, and gives a road network reliability algorithm comprehensive tworeliability index.Finally, gives the reliability of the algorithm, and an example to calculate the travel time reliabilityand connectivity reliability under the two emergeney ineident, as well as the reliability of the roadnetwork integrated two indicators.
