The "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" is an important national strategy of our country.The construction of the Maritime Silk Road will affect the industrial layout,trade flows and the evolution of the logistics network in the countries along the route.The container liner shipping network plays an important role as an important carrier for the economic trade of the Maritime Silk Road.However,the current structure of the shipping network is affected by the attribute characteristics of the nodes in the network and various external and internal risk factors,so the reliability of the entire shipping network system is poor,and it is difficult to provide efficient shipping logistics services.Therefore,based on this problem,this paper studies the reliability of the container shipping network of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road" from the perspective of connectivity and time.Firstly,based on the complex network theory,this paper takes the maritime route as the edge,and the port uses the Ucinet software to abstract the directed shipping network structure.Then,Using the statistical attribute characteristics of the network to study and analyze the individual characteristics and overall structural characteristics of the container shipping network nodes of the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road",and summarize them.Secondly,based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the container shipping network of "21st Century Maritime Silk Road",the relationship between the failure probability of the node and its attribute characteristics is pointed out,and it is pointed out that the reliability of the network cannot be judged by the attribute characteristics of the node alone.Also consider the probability of node failure.Therefore,the failure probability of nodes in the network is evaluated.Through reviewing and collating the literature,a risk indicator system was constructed.Comparing different evaluation methods,it is determined that the entropy weight method combined with the evidence reasoning model is used to evaluate the failure probability of the node.Using the IDS software to solve the evaluation model,the failure probability of 76 nodes in the network is determined,and the failure sequence of the nodes is judged according to the value of the failure probability,which is sufficient for subsequent research.Then,after determining the characteristic attribute of the node and its failure probability,the reliability of the container shipping network is studied and analyzed,and the problems existing in the current shipping network are described.Through analysis of the problem,it is found that the reliability of the shipping network is declining,mainly due to the decrease in the connectivity performance of the network and the continuous decrease in the time-based rate.So this paper will study the reliability of shipping network from the perspective of connectivity and time.Considering the influence of various risk factors,a simulation model is established for connectivity reliability and time reliability,and different simulation strategies are determined according to the attribute characteristics of nodes.At the same time,a simulation strategy based on node failure probability is proposed,which is different from traditional strategy.Finally,the solving algorithm is formulated according to different simulation strategies.Through the construction of the reliability model,the reliability of the shipping network service provided by the shipping network in a certain period of time,the operational status of the shipping network and the prediction of future network congestion or delay are evaluated.Then,using the built model to simulate the example,through the simulation of node failure,under the different simulation strategies,the connectivity reliability and time reliability of the shipping network are changed,and the changes of the simulation results are deeply studied and analyzed.Summarize the impact of node failure on simulation results,ie network connectivity reliability and time reliability,under different simulation strategies.It is found that node selective failure is more threatening to the reliability of shipping network than node random failure.In addition,under the selective failure strategy,when the node fails,the connectivity reliability and time reliability of the shipping network show significant differences due to the different characteristic properties of the node and the failure probability of the node.Based on this differential result,the key nodes in the shipping network are identified.Finally,the results of the analysis are summarized,and the corresponding measures are proposed based on the analysis results from the perspective of connectivity reliability and time reliability.It is used to enhance the reliability of the "21 st Century Maritime Silk Road" container shipping network and to promote the development of shipping networks efficiently and steadily.Figure 36,Table 22,Reference 93...
