Eight-lane freeway vehicle composition (large trucks mixed rate), cruise control, lanefunctional partitioning whether science is a key element affecting traffic safety issues and highwaytraffic efficiency. Safety and traffic efficiency has always been a contradiction, and how to handlethe relationship between safety and efficiency, good control carts mixed rate, speed control, andmade the perfect driveway functional partitioning scheme has also been a hot issue of concern andresearch.Firstly, a large high-grade road vehicles for the study, the concept of extraction carts, cartsand in the case of mixing different rates, changes in the state of traffic flow micro-simulationstudies,the establishment of the state of practical traffic safety evaluation system, the safety andefficiency of traffic flow state to evaluate and propose concrete trucks management strategy.Secondly, while the free flow of safe driving speed under different road conditions on thisstudy, the safety and efficiency of coordination between research, analyzing the effects of differentconditions on the speed of traffic flow is calculated by establishing a multi-factor model analysisunder the combined effect of both safety and efficient driving speed. Finally, considering the capacity and traffic safety evaluation system established lanemanagement solutions, through computer simulation, with eight-lane highway, for example, forlane management programs were evaluated to assess the results-based,multi-lane highway forFreeway specific operating characteristics, features and road traffic demand, access to both trafficsafety and traffic efficiency requirements lane functional partitioning scheme.
