| With the rapid development of social economy,private car ownership continues to rise,which brings more and more choices for residents to travel.In such an environment,the bus sharing rate in China’s big cities continues to decline,especially with the development of rail transit,the decline of the traditional bus sharing rate is more obvious.In order to alleviate urban traffic congestion and respond to low-carbon travel,the development of public transport priority is an effective solution.By the end of 2020,the total mileage of public transport lanes in China will exceed 12,000 kilometers.However,the establishment of bus lanes will lead to the reduction of the number of social vehicle lanes,the social vehicle congestion is more serious,and at the same time,the low utilization rate of the road on the bus lanes,resulting in the idle road resources,from the perspective of the overall road network,urban traffic congestion problem has not been solved.In order to solve this problem,domestic scholars have done a lot of studies.Most of the previous studies started from the control of bus signals and optimized the intersection,ignoring the studies on the utilization of road resources.Scholars and experts have conducted a large number of studies on the traffic state under the mixed traffic flow,and found that when the road saturation is low,the speed of the bus is not disturbed by cars,and the priority of the bus can still be guaranteed when the mixed traffic is running.Based on this point of view,some scholars proposed a time division multiplexing method of bus lane,that is,when the bus lane is "idle",social vehicles are allowed to drive temporarily on the bus lane.At the same time,some scholars put forward the concept of bus intermittent priority,that is,social vehicles are not restricted to drive on the bus dedicated lane,but when the bus comes,social vehicles will change lanes to avoid the bus,so as to provide bus intermittent priority.Some cities have also begun to allow taxis on bus lanes.In this paper,10 bus lanes in Chongqing were investigated and analyzed,and the operating efficiency and characteristics of bus lanes were analyzed and summarized.To construct a set of feasible evaluation system for the operation efficiency of the bus lane,to evaluate the operation status of the bus lane,and to evaluate whether the scheme design in the following paper has the optimization effect.According to the low efficiency at present bus lanes,dedicated lanes there are still a lot of running phenomenon of the space,the authors consider two options to improve the running efficiency of bus lanes,the first based on the principle of the intermittent bus lanes lanes efficiency was studied,using the above build system to evaluate,To study and determine the technical standards for the setting of intermittent bus lanes.In the second case,taxi driving on the bus lane is considered,and the feasibility of taxi driving on the bus lane is studied through measured data.At the same time,the traffic flow model under mixed flow driving is used to calculate the applicable flow conditions of the current section of shared lane for rental,which provides effective theoretical support for the implementation of the scheme.From the point of view of signal optimization control,two schemes of intermittent bus lane and shared taxi lane are optimized.A dynamic green wave control scheme is proposed and its optimization effect is analyzed by simulation. |
