At present, in the highway of the subgrade backfill, due to the limit of constructioncondition and compaction effect, it may caused the road of post-construction settlementlargely and the subgrade capacity isn’t enough.Quick hydraulic compaction method is a newconstruction technology.The technology to fill the gaps between the surface layercompaction,vibratory compaction and dynamic compaction.it is mainly to improve highwaysubgrade’s compactness quickly,eliminate post construction settlement. Therefore,in thispaper, the mechanism of rapid hydraulic compaction is analyzed. Use the granular discreteelement method, simulate the highway subgrade compaction effect. Simulate and analyze theInfluence of dynamic compaction in bridge. Based on this, develop the indoor full-scale testof the fast hydraulic rammer in different influence。The results of numerical simulation areverified. The main contens are presented as follows:(1)Analyses the high-speed compaction’s mechanism and characteristic. Reinforcementmechanism of rapid hydraulic compaction method can be explained by compaction of theshock wave theory.(2)According to the district element numerical calculation, it can reach a effect that tampsubgrade soil in different factors (different hammer weight, different height of the fall,different lamping speed, different hammer), calculate different underside of the compactionhead dynamic compaction of subgrade side effect of bridge foundation to sure suitable for thebridge treatment rammer underside shape and the bridge of distance tamping treatment scope.(3)By means of indoor full scale test studies HHT-3hydraulic compaction machine’seffect and property that the subgrade backfill compaction in different height of thefall,different setting way and different ram plate.Simulation results with the related results oftest is analyzed, The results showed that the particle flow method has a good engineeringapplication value.(4)Put forward effective compaction scheme, provide reference basis for engineeringconstruction.
