In recent years, the phenomenon of the shortage of urban water resources and seriouswater pollution makes the country attaches great importance to the degree of sewagetreatment is higher and higher. Only by constantly perfect the construction of municipaldrainage pipe system and high efficiency, high yield of the sewage treatment plant, in order tofundamentally solve the problem of water environment pollution. Projects of sewagetreatment plant of is a necessary to meet the demand of social development, to seek highefficiency of denitrification and phosphorus removal technology is to improve comprehensiveutilization of water resources in our country, the important measures to strengthen energyconservation and emissions reduction work.Based on the projects of dingbian county sewage treatment plant ii as the foundation,through to the urban field survey research, analysis of the status quo and existing problems ofurban water supply and drainage, sewage treatment plant is put forward the necessity ofreconstruction. After a long period of water quality monitoring and sampling analysis to findDingBianXian sewage, the change rule of organic matter for technology selection provides animportant basis. Analysis based on the traditional wastewater treatment technology, thetraditional process in different environment and the shortage of treatment effect in theactivated sludge process and biofilm method in the process of the theoretical basis foranalysis of new sewage treatment technology are put forward. The multistage AO much wereanalysed, MBBR, CNR three kind of new processing technology in both theory andexperiment showed the strong ability of sewage treatment and denitrification and phosphorusremoval effect. In combination with the practical engineering of DingBianXian, end inMBBR and CNR process were analyzed, and through technical, economic and operationmaintenance aspects such as comprehensive comparison, finally determine the CNR processin similar DingBianXian environmental changes can achieve water quality level of A largearea.Because different flora of optimal growth environment is different, there is contradictionbetween nitrogen and phosphorus removal and denitrification often appears in actualapplication effect is good when the phosphorus removal effect is poorer, good denitrificationand phosphorus removal effect is poor. CNR simultaneous denitrification and phosphorusremoval process is a new type, high efficiency, stable sewage treatment technology, the ciliaof biofilm packing surface always form a dynamic and balanced, efficient, and variety ofadvantage bacterium breeding, breeding environment, can form the proportion suitableanaerobic, anoxic layer and layer, thus formed the packing different biological membrane layer than in the past, the packing is winding type and fixed type, the advantages of flexibleand rigid packing sets of products, simultaneous denitrification and phosphorus removaleffect is good, has potential replication.Thesis focuses on several new sewage treatment technology are compared, and researchfor sewage treatment technology research and engineering design in the future are putforward new ideas. The results of this paper show that many segment multistage AO, MBBRand CNR technology have efficient denitrification and phosphorus removal ability, but in asimilar DingBianXian winter temperatures lower city, CNR processing capacity, in thereconstruction project of economic, social and environmental benefits.
