The selection of process programs is one of the most important steps in the construction of the urban sewage treatment plant, it plays a determinant role in the investment cost running cost effluent effect operation and management of the urban sewage treatment plant. But because of the whole set of evaluation methods has not formed, in the current feasibility researches report of the urban sewage treatment plant in our country, the process programs are compared and selected according to the evaluation cost and the s designer's subjective opinions to each process program, therefore ,the results are often subjectively and optionally.At present, the focus of the optimization of the sewage treatment programs is: how to reasonably transform several evaluating indicators into a combined single evaluating indicator, and only in one-dimensional space can we optimize the programs.
