Since the 21 st century,due to the combination of digital technology and mechanical manufacturing technology,and fully applied to the design and manufacturing process of the product,great changes have taken place in both the existing manufacturing model and the industrial form.The 3D process design makes the process design process intelligent,integrated and visualized,greater technical advantages in improving product quality and reducing production costs,it is widely used in 3D digital manufacturing.The 3D process design of marine diesel engine faces complex and changeable production environment and frequent late process changes,in the design and manufacturing process,there are many problems such as the inconsistency of information management and production process,the inconsistency of design and manufacturing data transmission,and the over-reliance on artificial experience in the process design process.In order to solve the above problems,this paper focuses on the machining of heavy parts of marine diesel engines,the new model of dynamic reconstruction of 3D process is explored,the dynamic reconstruction system for 3D technology is constructed,the paper focuses on the rapid creation of typical parts process model,the determination process adjustment scope based on the characteristic judgment and the dynamic reconstruction technique of the 3D process model.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In view of the existing problems in the manufacturing process of 3D process design,between process model is put forward as a process of information transmission is the only carrier,used to drive the new model of 3D process design,build the 3D dynamic reconfiguration process model architecture,for subsequent method provides the overall framework and theory research.(2)It research that fast creation method of 3D process model,put forward the fast create method of the 3D process model based on the character classification,realizes the fast model of the 3D process model by classification,parameterization management and feature adding method of the process auxiliary features,the accuracy of the process model modeling is ensured,and the modeling flow is simplified.(3)Explored the after process changes determine the scope of the process adjustment method,is proposed based on process changes the process of adjusting range determination techniques,by analyzing the relationship between characteristics,to judge model of the relationship between process and algorithm is determined based on the three-dimensional adjusting range between process model and obtain three-dimensional adjusting range between process model,to ensure the process adjusting range accuracy,lay the foundations for the subsequent dynamic process between the model reconstruction.(4)Dynamic reconfiguration technology between process model is put forward,through the analysis of the factors of causing process changes,process changes can be divided into entity model changes and process information change,between process model reconstruction algorithm is proposed and the process mechanism linking information and communication strategy,the dynamic 3D between process model refactoring and process information integrated management,visualization and automatic update,improve the efficiency of 3D technology design.Based on the above study,based on NX platform,development of important parts for marine diesel engine for 3D process dynamic reconfiguration system,and the important parts for marine diesel engine for model validation of the presented method is effective.
