Cement concrete pavement has been widely constructed because of its good hardness,nice stability, brilliant resistance to high temperature, marvelous frictional resistance and lowcost of maintenance. With the development of our national economy, the city traffic demand isbecoming larger and larger. Long term worse overloads on the pavements’ surface frequentlycontribute to the damage partially on the cement concrete roads. Partial damage of thepavement is considered one of the common headaches for us, without timely repairing theperiod of the use of the pavement will be shortened, which may also cause traffic safetyproblems, and then the expenditure of the repair may be increased a lot. There are fewresearches on the pavement repair materials for local damages. Suppose the plate restoring isalways being utilized on local damage of the pavement, then we have to face increase of theeconomic cost on it and there will be no way to avoid the long hours for the reopening for thetransportation. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of repair and shorten the time forreopening the traffic, we must seek for more efficient materials for the repairing on the localdamage of the pavement.Integrated with the features of the local damage of the pavement and consulted with therelated documents on science and technology, this very research raise the specificperformance index on the materials of repairing the local damage on the pavement. The thesisis mainly about the research of the different using of epoxy mortar under arid and humidconditions, and on the frame work match type, dosage, solidification class to find out thecertain effects of these two experiments, optimize the combination of the materials, and toobtain the most suitable formula for the repair on the local damage of the pavement whichsuits both uses under arid and humid settings. Further more, the dissertation will focusexperiments on the regular patterns of the formation of epoxy mortar, the bonding strength ofthe cement concrete, and the corrosion resistance of the material. The experimental resultshows:(1)Whether it is under arid or humid conditions, suitable amount of XY207thinnershould be added into the epoxy resin to lower the viscosity, achieving better efficiencymechanic intensity. (2)Epoxy mortar is affected by aggregate gradation and the proportion of the amountof epoxy glue, so the elements of intensity, workability and the economy condition should bewisely compared when it is being exercised.(3)packing can improve the mechanical properties, fill of mortar internal space,improve mortar structure compactness, and also reduce the cost of materials.(4)Dissimilar kinds of curing agent create diverse intensity and formation time lengthof the epoxy mortar, the more curing agent is added, the faster the epoxy coagulates, and theshorter the mortar can be manipulated; In this article four types of curing agent with two typesof dilution agent are adopted on the experiment under both arid and humid conditions with theintegrated consideration of the manipulation time, intensity, bonding strength of the mortar,we can come to the conclusion that the combination of main agent EP and solidification agentTJ-500L is appropriate, which endues the early stage mortar high intensity, nice percolation,and moderate time for being manipulated; Under humid condition, experiments with adoptionof solidification EP, the mortar’s flexural strength is5MPa higher than the adoption ofsolidification of593#, and the former index can fulfill the needs of the practical project, forthis reason the adoption of solidification T-4is the best choice.(5)The two types of the materials for repair the local damage on the pavement in thisvery article are satisfactory on aspect of mortar intensity, corrosion resistance, and bondingstrength. And due to the simplicity of the construction procedures proposed in the experiments,the actual effects remain to be tested in practical project.
