| With the rapid construction of large span steel bridge,into operation,steel bridge deck pavement will inevitably appear disease,the urgent need to repair maintenance,especially the high temperature heavy service conditions of the bridge is particularly prominent.Usually in the choke point of the steel bridge,the requirements of the bridge deck pavement damage repair maintenance time is short,convenient operation,and less interference with the passing traffic.In view of the special materials used in steel bridge deck pavement performance requirements are high,and the need to use special equipment to produce processing,conventional road maintenance materials are not applicable,steel bridge deck pavement special materials and no supporting equipment for mixing implementation.At present,China’s bridge management and maintenance units usually use ordinary pavement maintenance materials or technology for steel deck maintenance,resulting in the larger the repair,the more serious,seriously affecting the steel deck pavement operational quality and service life.Therefore,based on the steel deck pavement service conditions and the original pavement material properties,research and development of new steel deck pavement repair materials and processes is urgent.First of all,through the preparation of epoxy resin/epoxy asphalt and the mechanical properties of the cured material,curing characteristics and aging resistance test,the tensile strength and elongation at break,gel and surface drying time,viscosity change law at different temperatures of the bonded material were comprehensively analyzed.Based on the characteristics of the composition of the gussasphalt mixture,the ratio of the cold mix epoxy guss-mixture is determined,and five kinds of mixture performance comparison test research is carried out to select the best performance bonding material type.In order to further illustrate the performance level of cold mix epoxy guss-mixture,strength,rutting resistance,crack resistance,temperature shrinkage,water stability and fatigue performance tests were carried out simultaneously with hot mix epoxy asphalt mixes,high elasticity modified SMA and gussasphalt mixes for comparative performance analysis.Secondly,for the main factors of cold mix epoxy guss-mixture composition,the coarse aggregate type(basalt,limestone,tuff,granite),nominal maximum particle size of grading(GA08,GA10,GA13,GA16)and grading type(GA10,EA10,EGM10-1,EGM10-2,RA10,ECO10)on the mix flow,strength The experimental study on the effects of cold mix epoxy guss-mixture on the fluidity,strength,crack resistance,water stability and fatigue performance was carried out to determine the composition form and applicable conditions.Finally,the strength pattern of the mix was analyzed under different mixing time and temperature,and different conditioning temperature and time,and the mixing process and conditioning conditions were determined.According to the test results of anti-slip performance and joint performance of the mixture after surface gravel embedding,the specifications and dosage of surface spreading gravel were proposed.Prepare aggregates with different moisture content,conduct comprehensive evaluation of the degree of influence of mix performance,and put forward the requirements of mix aggregate moisture content control.Through the application of disease repair project,test the use of mix effect.The research results show that the prepared binding material has high tensile strength,rapid late curing,low viscosity,proper gel and surface drying time,short curing time,and also excellent UV aging resistance.At the optimum oil to stone ratio of11.5%,the mix has excellent road performance: Marshall stability at 70℃ exceeds100 k N,cubic compressive strength at 25℃ reaches 42.9MPa,dynamic stability at 70℃is close to 200,000 times/mm,ultimate bending strain at-10℃ is 3241με,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and water immersion residual cubic compressive strength are above 95%.The coarse aggregate type,nominal maximum particle size of the grading and the type of grading did not have significant effects on the strength performance of the mix,and the basalt coarse aggregate mix showed the best overall performance,and the GA16 grading had high mechanical strength.The compressive strength of the mix increased linearly with the increase of mixing time and mixing temperature.The mix regeneration time was significantly reduced.To achieve the optimum skid resistance,it is advisable to select 70% spreading ratio of 9.5mm~13.2mm crushed stone.Wetting the aggregate significantly reduces the mix strength and modulus.To ensure the mix performance,the aggregate moisture content should be less than 0.5%.The mixes are used well in disease repair.The cold mix epoxy guss-mixture developed in this study can effectively solve the technical problems of efficient repair and maintenance of steel bridge deck pavement at this stage,at the same time,it can be used in the new construction of steel bridge deck pavement under special conditions of use,and the research results are of great significance to improve the quality of steel bridge deck pavement and promote the progress of steel bridge deck pavement technology in China. |
