| With the further advancement of Beijing’s modernization drive,energy and environmental constraints are becoming more prominent.Energy saving and consumption reduction is an important issue in the process of sustainable development.As an extremely important part of the road transport industry,the energy-saving emission reduction benefits of business road transport and social and private vehicle transport worth our in-depth analysis.This paper uses energy consumption forecast model and decomposition model to calculate the energy consumption of commercial road transport and social and private vehicles in Beijing from 2005 to 2014.The results are as follows:First of all,in 2014,Beijing’s road transport business and social and private vehicle transport energy consumption were 1.1023 million tons of fuel and 3.7876 million tons of fuel,respectively.The key of road transport energy-saving emission reduction is to improve the energy efficiency of small and medium passenger cars and commercial road transport freight vehicle.Secondly,the decomposition model is used to analyze the influencing factors about the energy consumption of commercial road transport and social and private vehicles from 2005 to 2014,and the following conclusions are obtained:First,the main factors contributing to the energy consumption of Beijing’s commercial road transport from 2005 to 2014 are per capita car ownership and economic growth,whereas the main factors driving the decrease of energy consumption are the improvement of vehicle energy use efficiency and population intensity.Among them,economic growth contributed the most to energy consumption increase,reaching 165.00%.The positive factors contributing to the total energy consumption of social and private vehicles in Beijing in 2005-2014 are population,per capita output,highway investment quality,vehicle energy efficiency and unit mileage bearing capacity.The factors driving the reduction of energy consumption are the investment structure.Among them,per capita output contributed the most to energy consumption increase,reaching 102.98%.Second,from the time series analysis,2005-2006 and 2012-2013 two time periods,business road transport energy consumption energy consumption growth is negative,the positive drivers are per capita car ownership and economic growth,negative The driving factors are the vehicle energy efficiency and population intensity.The main reason for the decline in energy consumption of business road transport is the improvement of transportation energy efficiency,the R&D expenditure to promote technological progress,and the policy effect,which greatly improves the energy efficiency.In 2012-2013,the growth rate of social and private transportation energy consumption in Beijing is-6.62%.The main reason is that the contribution of population growth to the growth of social and private energy consumption is gradually reduced.The reduction of energy consumption per unit vehicle gradually impacts the energy consumption of social and private vehicles.Therefore,further reduce energy consumption per unit of vehicle to improve vehicle energy intensity for energy-saving emission reduction transportation is of great significance.Finally,based on the results of this study,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the energy saving and emission reduction of social and private vehicles under the road transport in Beijing,and summarizes the following work.This study is of great significance for the comprehensive evaluation of highway transportation energy consumption. |
