Study On The Key Techniques’ Construction Of SG-1Soil Stabilizer Stabilized Gravel Soil

Soil Stabilizer is a new type of curing materials; it has the characteristics of simpleconstruction, using local materials. Therefore they are widely used in all kinds of solidifiedsoil engineering, its economic benefit and social benefit is significant. In this paper, based onShenmu county Tong Village highway engineering, studied the application of the type ofSG-1soil stabilizer stabilized gravel soil in low-grade road base.This paper analyzes the nature of SG-1soil stabilizer and gravel soil, through indoorcompaction test and seven days unconfined compressive strength test study on the design ofSG-1soil stabilizer stabilized macadam mixture ratio. In this paper, delay test is designed tostudy the strength of SG-1soil stabilizer stabilized gravel soil with the changing rule of themolding time. In the process of construction, SG-1soil stabilizer stabilized gravel soil watercontent under the influence of various factors, evaporation and soil firming agent hydration ofthe water lost, water content decreased, this paper designed the hydration simulation test, andput forward the evaporation formula, to control the moisture content. Based on the componentanalysis of SG-1soil stabilizer, This article use the EDTA titration test SG-1soil stabilizerstabilized gravel soil of the firming agent dosage. And analyzes the determination of time,water content and sampling methods of EDTAtitration test results.Through paving and quality detection of the test section, this paper studies theconstruction method of SG-1soil stabilizer stabilized gravel soil. Finally, on the basis of theindoor experimental research, and combined with real engineering, in this paper, the watercontent and the soil stabilizer dosage control of SG-1soil stabilizer stabilized gravel soil inthe construction process were actual verification, To prove the feasibility of the controlmethod.
