The study on super high-rise building structures is generally confined to the component,or engineering example, or its shaking table test by researchers at domestic and overseas atpresent, the results obtained have pertinent and can’t be applicable to other buildings. So itmust be carried out specialized research and analysis of the seismic performance for superhigh-rise structure to provide theoretical basis for design. A nonlinear dynamic analysis hasbeen conducted for the steel reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure in Xi’an city bylarge universal finite element software ABAQUS in this paper, and a model of seismicperformance evaluation is established by fuzzy theory in research work. The main contentsand conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the application scopes of solid elements, shell elements, beam and truss elementsin ABAQUS are discussed in this paper; Comparing the advantages and disadvantages ofconcrete smeared cracking model and concrete damaged plasticity model; Summarizing theseismic response analysis’ mechanics model and analysis methods, which can providetheoretical basis for using this software in later.Secondly, for a overrun steel reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure, constitutiverelation of steel and concrete have been discussed in the engineering model, the model isestablished by using ABAQUS, then200vibration modes and cycles are extracted, alsofundamental period of structure are obtained by modal analysis in the paper, therefore theresult can verify the reasonableness of structure selection, materials selection and parametersdetermination; To find the weak layer and verify the seismic performance of structure, timehistory analysis has been conducted under frequent and rare earthquake with El-Centro waves,Taft waves, Tangshan waves and Artificial waves in this paper; To study the change of stressand strain, obtain the failure law of structure, cloud picture of core wall and frame has beenextracted under frequent and rare earthquake in this paper.Finally, according to the characteristics of project, the suitable evaluation system andfactors has been established; With comparing variety methods of weights and membershipdegree, Analytical hierarchy process weight, and mountain type function and status factors method has been determined to calculate membership degree. On this basis, the evaluationsubset calculated with body type of steel reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure andanalysis results of ABAQUS, which are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, furthermore we can get the evaluation level C is82.4925, which can indicate that the seismicperformance of the project is good. Further, this analysis method can accurately evaluate theactual situation of seismic performance of steel reinforced concrete frame-core wall, andprovide a reliable theoretical basis for the design.
