Reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure has strong resistance to lateral stiffness, can form a multi-channel seismic defense in the earthquake, it has been widely used in China’s high-rise building structures. However, our current code for the performance-based quantitative indicators on this structure system is not enough clear and comprehensive, performance-based seismic evaluation method of this structure system is not perfect at home and abroad. Therefore, the study on the performance evaluation indicators and performance evaluation methods of such structures, and effective seismic performance evaluation has important practical significance.By summarizing and analyzing the existing research data and results, the reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure performance level is divided into five grades, on the basis of the four levels of the seismic action, establish a “four standards”seismic target for the reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure. Through statistics and analysis of relevant experiment data of coupling-beam and shear walls, establish the allowable value of deformation at different performance levels of these two members.By analyzing the relationship between the member damage and deformation and the structural damage and deformation, propose different quantitative indicators at different performance levels of reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure.According to proposed seismic target and quantitative indicators of different performance levels, establish the performance-based evaluation methods and procedures for reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure. Use the structural design software PKPM and structural nonlinear analysis software Perform-3D, design and finish the finite element model of a reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure, through staticnonlinear analysis and incremental dynamic analysis, evaluate the seismic performance of the structure under the action of the small, medium and small, moderate and strong earthquakes, comprehensive judge the inner-story drifts ratio and macroscopic destruction at different performance levels of the structure, verify the effectiveness of proposed indicator limits and assessment method. Evaluate the performance points by using three different horizontal lateral forces under four grade earthquakes of the structure; The max inner-story drifts ratio of pushover and time history analysis results are within the scope of the limit in the paper, and the the former are slightly smaller than the latter; The yield order of different members and the distribution of plastic hinges shows that the structure is in line with the “multi-channel seismic” concept, and the extent of damage is consistent with the proposed macro-determination. In a seismic wave for example, analyze the seismic performance of the structure when the vibration intensity increases; Evaluate the seismic performance of the structure based on single and multiple IDA curves, shows that the max inner-story drifts ratio under different performance levels meet the limit in this paper; Analyze the similarities and differences between static nonlinear analysis and incremental dynamic analysis in the seismic performance evaluation of the structure. The study results show that the proposed evaluation indicators are reasonable, and the evaluation method is effective.
