Mass concrete structure is more and more widely used in various fields of construction engineering,The temperature crack of mass concrete question, however,failed to get very good solve. Especially high-level basis in pouring and curing process easy to produce a lot of hydration heat, the resulting temperature stress caused the temperature cracks occur, endanger the safety of the structure and function. How best to reduce or avoid the occurrence of temperature crack, this request must be a good technique to simulate the temperature field, and USES the scientific method to control the temperature, the foundation mass concrete of high-rise building has very important practical significance to study.For a long time, in the process of mass concrete construction, controlling the temperature cracks of concrete is in the engineering design and construction of the key technical problems, many influence factors of temperature field, the parameters of the complex, how to better simulate the practical working condition is the key. In reference, on the basis of previous studies, this paper analyzed the mass concrete temperature cracks formed the basis of reason and the main factors influencing the temperature cracks, and from those aspects to prevent and control the cracks appear.Starting from the basic theory of temperature field, the paper analyzes the heat transfer process, and introduces the temperature field of the initial conditions and boundary conditions and the processing of boundary conditions; And then introduces the basic equation of heat conduction finite element method, using ANSYS finite analysis software,the mass concrete raft foundation in high-rise building thermal- structure coupling analysis, considering various boundary conditions and influence factors, Analysis results are compared with the test result, the numerical simulation results and measured results are good, Then by using ANSYS to simulate the high-rise building raft foundation mass concrete temperature field is reasonable, temperature stress field analysis of error is within reasonable bounds; Finally studied the hydration heat coefficient values influence on temperature field and stress field of the field, puts forward the best hydration heat coefficient is used to study the scope.In this paper, from two aspects of theory and practice of mass concrete of high-rise building raft foundation has carried on the thorough research, credible results were obtained. So the numerical simulation technology adopted in this project, can give the future similar projects play an exemplary role. The obtained conclusions and recommendations for the temperature crack control of mass concrete structure work to provide the reference, to better serve the society.
