The Research Of Construction Project Construction Cost Risk Management

China is one of the largest countries which has the most construction projects andengineering construction investment. However, our existing methods of engineering costmanagement are relatively backward. It didn’t take the risk management of project cost intoconsideration, which leads to many construction projects cost management goal unmet didn’teven realize. After years of research, the basic idea of the construction cost risk management ofthe whole construction process has been gradually began to build, but the correspondingconstruction project cost risk management during the whole process of the specific theory andmethod still exists many problems.This paper introduces the basic theory of construction project construction cost risk management,and expounds the cost risk and cost of the basic concept of risk management theory and ideas. Inthe process of construction projects throughout the life cycle, the paper analyzes the variousstages of construction: the decision-making stage, designing stage, construction stage to thecompletion of the risk in the phase of the project cost management and the influence of theserisks to the construction project construction cost. According to the basic stage of the wholeprocess of construction cost risk management, the construction project from the decision-makingstage, design stage, construction stage to the completion of phase cost effective measures andspecific methods of risk management were put forward to analyze the risk in the research projectat different stages of project cost risk.In this paper, construction project cost risk factors in the whole process of the reasonable andeffective control and measures which can be taken were proposed in reference on the basis ofpredecessors’ research results. For this research, the results are expected to contribute to theconstruction unit to strengthen its risk control and management, cost control and management.
