Research On The Entire Process Construction Cost Management Of Landscaping Construction Enterprises

Based on the analysis of problems in the cost management process and the present management process of landscaping construction enterprises,this paper puts forward the necessity of cost management research in the implementation stage of landscaping project.By analyzing the content of cost management in different stages of project implementation,this paper identify the key points of cost management in each stage,on this basis,the entire process construction cost management system is established,and the system diagram is designed.From project bidding to project handover,according to the six implementation processes of the system,this paper studied the corresponding management strategies:This paper adopts the method of cost measurement in the bidding stage which combines unitary linear regression method with market inquiry to establish the working procedure of "cost measurement-drafting bid strategy-bid price".The project cost management model with cost control as the core is established in the construction stage.The paper introduce ABC management method and economic order batch calculation method to control material cost;The grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation mechanism for selecting suppliers and subcontractors.The project cost dynamic control model is designed,and the earned value method and cost curve tool are applied to analyze and monitor the cost data,dynamically manages the cost deviation in the construction process of landscaping project by "analysis of reasons-corrective measures-monitoring-re-correction".The paper link the cost management results with the remuneration of project department members,and establish the cost performance appraisal system of project department.Through the application of engineering management software in the entire process construction cost management to Realize management informatization.The entire process construction cost management system is used to manage the cost of M highway greening projects in Weifang.This paper studies the practical application of each implementation process cost management strategy,and analyzes the economic benefits of the case project.The total actual project cost was 6,979,600 yuan,which was 230,000 yuan less than the target cost.The analysis shows that the mechanization degree of the project increases,the proportion of labor cost and management fee decreases,by comparing the proportion of talents and machine fees in actual costs with the composition of target costs.The project achieved a gross profit rate of 37.4%,exceeded the profit target of the bidding period,and it is much higher than the gross profit margin of the completed projects that built by the landscaping construction enterprise in the past three years.
