Recently, with the development of gas extraction technology, the gas outburst accidentshave been well controlled, but directly discharged the recovered gas have both question onthe environment caused serious pollution, and waste precious energy. There are carried outresearch at home and abroad, and vigorously develop gas power generation technology. Themain application form of the gas power generation technology has three ways, firstly, it isused the boiler and steam turbine generated electricity, secondly, it is used the gas turbine andsteam turbine generated electricity, and thirdly, it is used the gas i.c. generated electricity. Atpresent, most coal mines of our country use the gas i.c. generated electricity.In this paper, aiming at the gas drainage pumping station of the third air shaft that isNO.1coal mine of Huangling Mining Group, extracting the low concentration gas to design,and useing the existing resources to generate electricity. At first we design the independentgas i.c. generated electricity of low concentration gas that is5percent to20percent, use thegas drainage technology and water mist transmission technology. In the basics of analysisbackground of low concentration gas power generation and the main hardware selection, theproject of low concentration gas based on experts control system is designed; the systemdesign diagram of low and ultra low concentration gas power generation is given. Themultistage combined expert control system is designed aiming at the characteristic of gaspower generation system mixed combustion two kinds of fuel, which establish expert rulebase using multi module mixed expert rules, and design the overall DCS system, achievingthe function of the system. Finally, the simulation experiment and tested show that the lowconcentration gas power generation and the dual fuel unit power generation provide datasupport for the research.
