Study On The Metro Station Construction Risk Management

The metro is a kind of new traffic tool, which is more effective and environmentalprotection.It can help alleviate the cities’traffic pressure and improve the cities’ images. Inrecent years, many cities in our country have carried out the subway constructionactivities.The metro construction’s pace is gradually accelerated.However, more and moreproblems of the metros’ construction appeared. Kinds of accidents happened, workers diedevery year, serious casualties and losses were caused. So, the safety risk study in metroconstruction becomes more and more important.In this paper, the author based on the existing research results,take ChangchunWeixingguangchang subway station as research object,by field investigating, documentsstudying,from the perspective of safety risks,studying the safety risks of deep foundation pitexcavating and the excavation of under the existed tunnel. This paper’s main works includethe following aspects:(1)Studying the existed research results of management of safety risk, make clear themethods of the risk identification and risk assessment, to know how to study the case theauthor choose.(2)Making comments on the kinds of methods of risk analysis choose the Fault TreeAnalysis as this paper’s research tool. And combined with the fuzzy analysis to do the safetyrisk factors analysis. By field investigating and taking opinions from the experiencedmanagers, this paper tries to make the research results closer to the facts.(3) Combined with practical engineering, using the fault tree analyze the accidents’ riskfactors.Then calculating the accidents’ probabilities and the risk factors’ Probabilityimportance.
