With the implementation of the strategy of transportation power.subway plays an increasingly important role in urban life.Subway is of profound significance to improve the location advantage and core competitiveness of the city.At the same time.the subway construction project investment scale is large,the construction period is long.the construction environment is complex and affected by the ecological,social,technical.safety and other risks,it is easy to cause safety accidents.Especially in the process of subway construction,the construction risk factors are difficult to be clearly quantified and there is a mutual influence between the risk factors,which make the risk management more challenging.Based on the actual construction of Qingdao Metro line 8.this paper studies the safety risk management of Metro construction,and selects the most representative section of Qingdao Metro line 8 to study.This paper summarizes the basic concepts and theories of project risk management,explains the identification,analysis,evaluation and response of risk management,and reviews some previous research results.According to the related documents and materials of metro construction and combined with the actual situation,the work breakdown structure(WBS)is generated.The risk decomposition structure(RBS)was discussed based on some of the literature and the extensive use of the focus group composed of experts.Through expert discussion and consensus,a WBS-RBS matrix composed of 27 sub-projects and 32 risk factors is established,and risk identification of risk factors in the construction process is completed.Built on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and network analysis method(ANP),a multi-level and multi-criteria ANP analysis model is constructed.The process of ranking and solving risk factors is set out in detail,and the risk factors of construction projects are sorted by weight.The analysis process of metro construction projects based on ANP is given,and the validity of network analysis method in dealing with the interaction relationship between complex risk factors is proved.A set of risk factors and comments in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed,and a questionnaire is sent to metro construction experts.Based on the statistical results of the questionnaire,this paper establishes a fuzzy judgment matrix,and makes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation according to the total weight of risk factors,which indicate that the metro construction project is in a general risk state.Risk levels are classified according to different weight of risk factors.Through identifying,analyzing and evaluating the safety risks in the construction stage,we can find scientific and reasonable measures to deal with the construction safety risks,continuously optimize the risk disposal scheme,minimize the losses caused by the risks,better protect the life and property safety of project related personnel,and provide more support for related construction enterprises,professional technical personnel and safety supervisors.It also provides useful reference for similar projects.
