With increasing span length of the arch bridge, bridge experts and researchers both athome and abroad have done a series of research in the steel box arch rib of the arch bridgestructure under wind load effect and temperature load effect, But most studies focused on abridge stage, and the study of the effects of wind loads and temperature loads during theconstruction process of the steel box arch rib are relatively few. Based on the constructionof ordos city YiKeZhao bridge as the engineering background, the construction process ofsteel box arch rib and the tower structur by deformation, stress and stability under wind loadeffect and temperature affect the structural load effects were studied, and useful conclusionswere drawn, which provide certain reference for similar bridge construction in the future.First, this paper discusses the research status of wind load effect and temperature loadeffect on the steel box arch bridge systematically at home and abroad, and introduces thebasic concepts of the first category, the second category of the stability, expounds the linearelastic finite element theory about the problem of the first kind of stability. Focus on thebasic principles of structural buckling analysis of the bridge structure finite elementsoftware Midas/civil.Then introduces the domestic relevant specification about theregulation of temperature load,and discusses the relevant theory of the temperature loadeffect, as well as the two kinds of commonly used methods for the analysis of temperaturefield and the calculation method for the bridge temperature effect.Secondly, the construction method of steel box arch bridge at home and abroad weresimple introduced,three kinds of lifting scheme are presented, through the schemecomparison,determines the one-time scaffold flip lifting scheme as a whole.Using the finiteelement software Midas/Civil builds bridges arch rib model and tower model,theconstruction process is divided into three conditions;Studying the displacement, stress andstability of the structure that arch rib and tower in different working conditions whichincluded in wind load effect and temperature load effect before and after.The results showthat:In arch rib overall flipping stage,included in the influence of wind load effect andtemperature load effect,arch rib structure has great safety reserve, the structure is safe andstable;When the welding wind brace, arch rib deformation control interface are greatlyinfluenced by wind load effect,affected by temperature load effect is smaller;Tensionedconstruction boom should consider the adverse effects of wind load effect and temperatureload effect on rib vertical load deformation;Wind load has great influence on the stability ofthe tower,especially in the overall phase of ascension,stability of the tower is weak and should be taken seriously enough;Included in the influence of wind load effect andtemperature load effect, wind cable line of the tower still has larger safety reserve, the cableis secure;The results of this article can provide the necessary reference for the constructionand design of the similar bridges,at the same time it’s also provide some advice for theperfection of the relevant standards.
