With the rapid development of social economy,the State has increasedinvestment in infrastructure, making our country’s construction industryappears vigor. Whether construction unit or contractors, are hoping tocomplete the project as soon as possible in order to shorten the constructionperiod and reduce construction costs, prompting construction process towardsnew materials and new technology development.Slip formwork technique isone of the cast concrete structures.Comparing with traditional constructiontechniques, the slip formwork techniqure having high construction speed, highdegree of mechanization, concrete continuous molding, good appearance, civilconstruction, the surrounding environment less affected other characteristicsis widely used in silos, chimneys, tall buildings, factories, highways andbridges. Visible, slip form construction technology is a product of the timesand the construction of technology innovation,having very broad applicationprospects. Therefore, the sliding-depth study of construction technology hasgreat practical significance and application value.The paper has reviewed the development of process for slip-formconstruction technique at home and abroad. With the new machinery and newtechnology in slip-form construction technology,which promote the slip-formconstruction technology maturity towords more rapid,more efficitentdevelopment. The basic parts of a sliding construction technology wasintroduced in detail, including the template system, operation platform system,promotion system, precision of control system and hydropower auxiliarysystem, etc.The paper expounds the installation,the design and theconstruction of the slip-form construction technology.The paper also putsforward relevant matters that should be paid attention in the slip-formconstruction technology.In addition,unifying the connected silos in Jia-li grain and oilco.LTD,the paper has conducted the entire process research to the silo construction slip form construction.According to the construction planreasonable,optimized design of silo slip-form system,to the silo slip-formconstruction quality problem,make reasonable analysis,puts forward thecontrol measures and solving methods of science.Conclude fron thisproject,the best model time scientific adjustment of concrete,sliding velocityand strictly control the template is the key to guarantee the constructionquality of silo slip-form.Emphasizes the need to monitor the whole process ofslip-form construction,adhere to the ground monitoring,small amplitudemonitoring principle.This project successful completion of constructiontasks,the completion of the silo verticality and smoothness appearance weredetected,all reached the reguirements,better effect,achieve the target.Providesvaluable experience for the engineering construction in the future,to promoteand improve the slip-form construction technology promotion and applicationin engineering.Finally,the slip-form construction technology as a new constructiontechnology,there are still some prombles that need future research,such assliding mode construction protection stability,sliding construction group rodin the winter and future improve the social rental sliding modesystem,reducing the problem of slip-form construction cost are put forward.
