Green Building Technology Research And Application Practice For The Quanzhou Region

With the progress of science and technology, human society to create ahitherto unknown material civilization and spiritual civilization, but alsocaused the global environmental problems and energy shortage in the world,human beings have to solve sustainable development between environmentand development issues. The building is an old industry, the construction anduse of the process of global energy consumption by about50%, green buildingis emerge as the times require in this historical environment. China’s greenbuilding research started late, is still in the initial stage, with the promulgationand implementation of "green building evaluation criteria", green building isgradually on track. Area of Quanzhou green building development isrelatively slow, the development of green technology needs to be improved,the research on green technology in Quanzhou area has been a force in theimportant problem of the eyebrow.This paper takes Quanzhou a group of scientific research building project asthe object of study, and summarizes the technical features of green buildingfor the Quanzhou region, to the scientific research building construction hasbecome alevel green building as the target of analysis and research.The thesis is divided into5parts:（1）focuses on the domestic and foreigndevelopment and present situation of green building, expounds the mainresearch contents and the innovations of this thesis;（2）analysis of greenbuilding assessment system of meaning generation and development, andcompare the evaluation range and index the existing domestic andinternational green building assessment system gap;(3) to "green buildingevaluation criteria" as the basis, geographical and climate features ofQuanzhou city based on the ", from the6aspects of land, energy saving, watersaving, material saving and indoor environment and operation management"puts forward the green technology in Quanzhou area;(4) through the study of the engineering example, the green technology practical engineering analysis,quantitative analysis and comparison of application software is used to projecttechnology, pointed out that the local district has the technical measures forgreen building, green technology and the feasibility from the economic pointof view. It is pointed out that green building may be preferred easy terms inthe design, I hope to design, to the local green building evaluation plays areference role.(5) through the study pointed out that China’s current status ofgreen building development, and pointed out the suitable applicationtechnology development of green building in Quanzhou area, puts forward theresearch direction of the promotion and development of green building.
