With the development of urbanization, disposal of waste concrete hasbecome a major problem, while countries in promoting building energyefficiency, but now most closure structure materialscannot meet the relevantrequirements. So this article from the perspective of energy conservation andrecycling, Proposed to use recycledaggregate that after crushing recycledconcrete for the production of recycled concrete hollow blocks, and then fillin the low density foam concrete heat preservation material,obtain a newgreen energy and thermal self-insulation wall materials. This will not onlyprovide a new way for the processing of waste concrete, but also can reducebuilding energy consumption.This article combining the experimental study and theoretical analysismethod to study the composite recycled concrete blocks. Firstly, through theexperimental study on the low density foam concrete, the low density lowthermalconductivity of the excellent foamed concrete has obtained.Secondly,the low density foam concrete filled into recycled concreteblock,developed the composite recycled concrete blocks, and studied the basicphysical and mechanical performance of the block.Finally, through theoreticalanalysis and numerical simulation, study on the thermal performance of theblock.Through the study found that water cement ratio is the main factor thatinfluence the properties of low density foam concrete, at the same time, tojoin the water reducing agent can improve the performance of the foamconcrete.After filling the low density foam concrete heat preservation material,the compressive strength of Recycled concrete block has increased, but theeffect is not obvious, and the block of flexural strength was increased by16.7%, which improves the performance of the block under complex stressincreased.In terms of thermal performance, the heat transfer coefficient’stheory calculation results of recycled concrete block masonry and composite recycled concrete block masonry are:2.15W/(m2·k) and1.40W/(m2·k),heattransfer numerical simulation results show that the block’s temperature fieldalmost matchedthe principle of heat transfer, the isothermal of compositerecycled concrete block is bigger than the volatility of recycled concreteblock,fill in the thermal insulation material of temperature gradientsignificantly greater than in other areas of the location, Because thecoefficient of thermal conductivity of insulation materials and block basematerial is large, the block rib easy to form thermal bridge, in the process ofheat transfer, most of the heat is conveyed along the rib blockposition,numerical simulation results of the heat transfer coefficientofrecycled concrete block masonry and composite recycled concrete blockmasonry are:2.18W/(m2·k) and1.44W/(m2·k), the relative error is Less than3%, meet the precision requirement.
