Resulted space debris debris and various bait release, ballistic midcourse target flightenvironment becomes more and more complicated. Based on the movement rule of true andfalse warheads and shape feature, the environment cannot fully meet the requirements of thetrue and false warhead recognition technology. The infrared radiation characteristics havegradually become the main measure of optical detection technology. The trajectory of true andfalse target surface temperature characteristic and radiation brightness characteristics and therate of change over time has become the important basis of ballistic midcourse opticaldetection technology.In this paper, based on the motion law of ballistic missile target in middle, the motionorbit model of missile target is built. Based on Kepler’s three laws of each orbit parameters ofballistic missile target in middle and motion parameters, Kepler’s equation was solved byNewton iteration method. Given by the rocket engine shutdown time initial parameters ofballistic midcourse, it described the whole ballistic missile target in middle of the main motionparameters changing with the middle time of flight. Finally, the relative position of thecoordinate transformation principle gives the missile target and the sun is determined based onthe method.Established an infrared radiation model of midcourse ballistic warheads and ball type,make use of relative position of the relations among the target and the earth, the sun to solvethe target reflection radiation. And using the object spectrometer aluminum plating filmed onthe surface of the bait simple spectral reflectivity measurement, mainly aimed at4.2-4.45μm、5.5-7.5μm、8-14μm three infrared wavelengths, according to the mathematical models ofinfrared radiation contrasted the infrared radiation characteristics of ballistic middle warheadand decoy variations, Simple calculated the limb radiation characteristics of the atmosphereand the different detection range of atmospheric transmittance, gained attenuation afterradiation brightness contrast results.Infrared stealth technology is an important means of missile penetration, for the target torealize the warhead stealth, in order to make the midcourse of ballistic missile decoy to confuseand distract the defending, this paper discusses the method of delaying radiation characteristicsof warheads and decoys rate difference. From the physical parameters of the bait surfacecoating and internal heat source two aspects, modified bait radiation characteristics change rate.
