The topic is on the research project of the Second Institute of Aerospace Science and Technology on the target simulator.With the development of infrared tracking guidance and application of semi-physical simulation technology,the infrared point-source rotation target simulator,which can simulate missile live-firing in the laboratory,is developed based on guidance and target simulation system as the key technologies.The advantages include precise object positioning,providing a complete view,significant reductions in experimental costs.Through further research on the infrared guidance simulation system and the design indicators of the paper,a general scheme of the target simulator with rotational swinging capability is proposed.Select the appropriate supporting frame material and use the ANSYS/Workbench software to carry on the modal analysis to determine the feasibility of the structure scheme.The design of the mechanical structure is submitted,which takes rotating or swinging motion as the core,and the key parts of the rotation process are checked.In order to make sure that the entrance pupil of the guidance system coincides with the exit pupil of the optical system,optical software ZEMAX is used to design the infrared optical system based on the radiation source.Select the suitable motor and complete the related selection calculation,design of a control system by PLC as the core.According to the working characteristics and control requirements of the simulator,the drive system model is established based on MATLAB/Simulink software,and the conventional PID control method is therefore proposed to adjust parameters.The simulation results show that there is some disturbance under the influence of load.Therefore,establishing a speed loop based on fuzzy PI algorithm.Compared with the simulation analysis and the verification results,it is concluded that the fuzzy adaptive PI controller can improve the accuracy of trajectory curve greatly and prove the feasibility of fuzzy PI controller,after the parameters are adjusted adaptively,the programming of the PLC instructions is completed.When a given wavelength,the paper presents a way to calculate the irradiance value through the black body temperature,making the irradiance value of the target optical system reach the sensitive area of the guidance system and can ensure the tracking ability of the target movement.The expression between the missile's distance from the target,the approach velocity,the path length is obtained,through deep analysis of the movement of the target simulation principle.Depending on the characteristics of the coaxial and non-coaxial systems,the variation of the errors is analyzed respectively.Firstly,the mathematical expressions of the aberrations are deduced.Secondly,the spherical aberration caused by the coaxial system is analyzed.Thirdly,the eccentricity error generated in the process of adjustment or lens fabrication is analyzed,this error destroys the system's coaxiality and therefore need static analysis to get the maximum displacement,using D-H method to establish the coordinate system,combined with shaft system error and installation error to obtain a forward kinematics solution and get the light source incident position,finally,the amount of eccentricity and inclination were calculated,astigmatism and coma were analyzed,and the influence of the diffraction problem is analyzed.Finally ZEMAX is used to evaluate image quality for tolerance analysis.Based on the design of the infrared point-source rotation target simulator,the prototype machining and rotating performance test is completed.In the process of testing,the LabVIEW system is used to collect the data of angle and angular velocity,which can verify swing accuracy and the smoothness of the motion,finally the experiment of missile receiving signal under different vibration intensity is completed,the rotating target simulator was verified to meet the performance requirements.
