Component blood used instead of the whole blood when some diseases are treated, not only can conquer the adverse reaction and complication, but also can improve the utilization efficiency of blood. For the high utilization efficiency and clinical performance of component blood using, the component blood is widely used instead of whole blood all of the world when blood needed to treat diseases. while the traditional way to get the component blood have some disadvantages, such as low efficiency, labor intensive and unstable quality, so some medical institutions actively research the automatic blood cell separator. The blood cell separators which have relied on the centrifugation to separate blood into component parts have more efficiency than the separators relying on other theories, but the products of these separators have to improve quality to meet the strict requirements of the clinical. The paper relies on the main structure of centrifugation device which was studied before, to design and control the centrifugation and acquisition process of blood, and then design programs to realize the centrifugation and acquisition process. The key technologies of safe and efficiency for centrifugation and acquisition are studied.The paper introduces the component bloods’ usages and qualities. The centrifugal separation principle, centrifugal structure and tubing set are also explained at front of the paper. The whole process of centrifugation and acquisition of blood is designed. It contains some sub-processes, such as configuration, air exhaust and blood perfusion, component blood acquisition and residual blood feedback. Besides, the parameters control and adjust methods are explained in detail. The parameters have much influence on the movements of liquid pumps, shutoff valves and centrifuge.On the basis of detail programed and designed of configuration, air exhaust and blood perfusion, component blood acquisition and residual blood feedback sub-processes, the movements and speeds of liquid pumps, shutoff valves and centrifuge are planned and controlled in detail. Furthermore, the methods of parameters adjusting and calculation are studied, in order to give some theoretical directions of automatic centrifugation and acquisition.The safe control technologies of blood acquisition are studied. The parameters which influence the blood acquisition safety are analyzed. The parameters contains extracted liquids of different pumps, flow velocity of anticoagulation pump and the pipe pressure. The methods for verifying extracted liquids of different pumps are supplied. Flow velocity of anticoagulation pump is optimal designed. The pipe pressure detection and alarm processes are designed. Based on the study of key technologies, the centrifuge and the control circuit are assembled. Program of middle control part are coded. In order to make human-computer interaction friendly, operation interfaces are designed and coded.
