Research On Risk Management Of The Engineering Project Contractor’s Subject Behavior During The Construction Phase

With the development of the society, the contractors during the construction paymore and more attention to the risk management of engineering project. But peoplepay more attention to the objective factors (political risk, economic risk, financial risk,natural risk, social risk) risk control, and ignore their own behavior and external bodybehavior risks.So the contractors in the construction process development is notsmooth, even can not be implemented.In the increasingly fierce social competition,project management is more and more precise.The subject behavior risks ofcontractors in construction stage is becoming more and more important.Tts internalmanagement level and the outer body seriously affect the project profit growth rate,even the enterprise’s core competitiveness and evergreen.This paper, from the angle of contractor risk in construction stage, combineswith the literature datas and engineering experience, identify and analyze the behaviorof the subject of contractors in construction stage factors, research on the mechanismof the risk, and establishes the initial list of risks. Expert group to the17outstandingproject manager as the representatives, carries out a questionnaire survey andinterviews on the subject behavior of project contractors in the construction phase ofthe construction project, builds the subject behavior risk evaluation index system inthe construction phase. It includes2first class indexes,8second class indexes and19third class indexes. It obtains the indexes at all levels by the improved Delphi-AHPmethod, establishes the evaluation model of multi-level fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method, evaluates the project instance, and finally puts forward thecorresponding risk measures aiming at the contractor’s behavior risk factors in theconstruction phase.In this paper,it make the contractors recognize the importance of the subjectbehavior risks in the project management process, riches the risk management theoryof the contractor.Their behavior risks may have a significant impact on theimplementation of the project, and become an important factor in the success orfailure of engineering project. Therefore, the deep study of the main behavior risk inthe construction phase of the contractor is not only of great theoretical significance,but also has important practical value.
