With the development of economic globalization, China engineering contractingenterprises in the implementation of "macro strategy of going global", has been rapiddevelopment, as of the first half of2012, more than180countries and regions, haveChinese contractors in project, the scope and the labor service cooperation numbercontinues to grow. However, compared to the domestic engineering contracting,contract amount of international engineering project are relatively large, involving awide range of professional engineering, more sophisticated, more subjects, also willface fierce competition with other developed countries, contractors, risk from thepolitical, economic, and cultural, legal and market aspects, but our country enterprisecontract has not yet been established and implement effective risk managementprogram.In our country the contractor perspectives on international project contracting riskmanagement were analyzed, respectively, from the international engineering projectcharacteristic, the international project risk and the essence of international engineeringproject whole process to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research.First of all papers on international project contracting risk undertook basic theory,the characteristics of international projects, international project contracting risk areanalyzed, discussed international project contracting risk generation mechanism,revealed the international project contracting risk among chain reaction relation. In thesecond step, by the general risk classification on the basis of analysis, the internationalproject contracting in the presence of risk factors, set out the international projectcontracting the entire process of implementation of the list of risk factors; the third step,based on the rough set theory, on the assumption that the50international projectcontracting risk factors were optimized, the establishment of index the model, combinedwith the questionnaire investigation and expert consultation method, the establishmentof the international project contracting risk evaluation index system hypothesis,empirical testing, reached34on international project contracting has significantinfluence on key risk factors, construction of the international project contracting riskevaluation index system; fourth cloth, through several comprehensive comparison ofevaluation methods, selection of the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, putforward a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, combined with the four international engineering project as an example, the international project contractingrisk of empirical testing, finally aiming at the problems and puts forward some feasiblemeasures for risk prevention and treatment strategy.
