Since21th century, more and more technology was developed and this drives theelevator components development very quick accordingly. The new developedelevator component does not only have the advantage on safety and reliability but alsoon the cost comparing with the previous components. But when the elevatorcompanies use the new component which does not use normally before do the systemcalculation, the advantage is not reflected to the new elevator product due to theexperience lacking.This article will take the example of the energy regenerative elevator which wasdeveloped by one elevator company, taking the new elevator component technologyblooming in the market describe the method to create the system integration base onthe system calculation and component selection to meet the design requirement. Atsame time, in order to demonstrate the result, it will use the test elevator to capture thetest result to verify the reasonability and accuracy as well as the energy consumptionlevel. The test result shows that, the approach which is researched can meet the basicrequirement of the elevator system and can also provide a good result on the energysaving.
