The energy consumption of the elevator is becoming an outstanding problem,when more and more people enjoy the convenience in their life for the elevator as a modernization vertical transportation tools.Due to the inherent characteristics of the drive system for the lift,the traction machine must run in the four quadrants.That is,the forward and the reverse state while serving as a motor or a generator.To meet this way of working,the elevator consumes the energy with the power resistor in a traditional way when it works as a generator.In this paper,we develop a kind of energy feedback system just for the integrated special drive device of the lift.The motor can run in the four quadrants with this system even without the power resistor.Further,the system also feeds back to the grid for saving the energy which consumed by the power resistor in the past.The paper tells that changes the uncontrolled rectifier into the controlled rectifier with IPM in the traditional elevator drive,and realizes the elevator energy bi-directional flow with SVPWM.The main technology are as follows:1)The uncontrolled rectifier in the front of traditional drive is changed into a consistent with IPM in dc bus back-end,which can provide hardware conditions for SVPWM.2)The LCL filter is put before the controlled rectifier of the main circuit topology,which satisfy the booster inside the driver and the requirement for the quality of feedback power.3)The DSP TMS320F2406 A chip of TI Company is adopted for management of rectifier.Based on a series of work,which are the input phase sequence,input voltage Angle calculation,coordinate rotation,static transformation,two-thirds of transformation,SVPWM wave,it can maintain the dc bus voltage to be stable no matter the drive work in the electric state or power generation state,thus realizes two-way flow of energy control.The method is high precision,stable,reliable and strong practical engineering.The content of the paper for the energy feedback system is described in detail from four aspects.First of all,in the MATLAB Simulink environment,the simulation for the main loop of the feedback system based on SVPWM has been carried on.The topology of the main loop is determined.Secondly,the development for the hardware is under the main circuit topology,the design includes the LCL filter,the driven plate and the control board for the full controlled rectifier.And then,the feedback rectifier control panel software aspects is discussed,the main program and the interrupt service subroutine overall architecture,for feedback control of the main part of the subroutine modules in detail;Finally,the developed prototype was tested in the practical application environment,according to feedback function,power saving rate and power supply quality of these three aspects has carried on the detailed instructions,through the test results for this subject development integration of energy feedback type elevator drive products are successful.
