With the enhancement of people’s attention about the comfort of vehicle, The studyon subjective evaluation is paid more and more attention. ABS subjective evaluation studynot only helps improve the driver’s comfort, braking confidence and matching efficiency,but also improve the optimization of ABS control algorithm and structure.The traditionalABS subjective evaluation research based on human subjects is vulnerable to the impactof subjective factors, sothe paper conducts the research from four aspects, including thebraking stability, the braking smoothness, the braking pedal movement and the workingnoise of ABS.The objective physical quantity from the ABS subjective evaluationsystemis extracted to instead of subjective evaluation.The objective physical quantity canavoid the influence of artificial factors.And it is convenientto analyzeand deal withdatawith the objective indexes.Firstly, the ABS objective evaluation index of the subjective evaluation system isdetermined through the theoretical analysis and the principle of ergonomics.Then thestudy of objective evaluation index determined the evaluation criteria.The multi hierarchystructure model of the ABS subjective evaluation systemisanalyzedand constructed byAHPto obtain the accurate ABS total scores of subjective evaluation.Then the judgmentmatrixis determined by the ratio calibration method, and the weight of evaluation indexisdetermined by the judgment matrix.Secondly,the software about the ABS subjective evaluation system is developed bythe powerful function of processing data and graphical display based on MATLAB inorder to facilitate the study of ABS subjective evaluation,to analysis and process the ABScalibration data.The software has the function of the analysis module of the brakingstability, the braking smoothness,the braking pedal movement, the ABS noise, the methodof the AHP, the database managementand the comparison of the radar chart.Finally,the real vehicle is tested to verify the accuracy of the subjective evaluationindexand the applicability of the subjective evaluation software.
