With the improvement of people’s safety awareness to car, the conventional detectionmethod for brake hose can’t comprehensivly reflect the hose quality.We need to use thehigher performance hydraulic pulse test bench to test the brake hose’s performance indifferent environment and working conditions.The test-bed for ABS hose is technologyupgrades of the test-bed for car’s ordinary hose.It can simulate a real working condition ofthe ABS brake hose. It mainly used in pulse fatigue testing and reliability analysis forbrake hose.It has an important significance to identify the use performance and life ofABS brake hose.First of all, the paper make a introduce for the standards and test-bed of the hose athome and abroad. On this basis reference to GMW3056about the brake hose teststandard. According to the standard’s requirements for the ABS high frequencysuperposition of wave testing. We design the hydraulic system. The hydraulic servosystem is used to control the pressure and produce waveform. By calculating,select thecomponents of the hydraulic system.Secondly, build the model in Simulink.Through the comparing the simulationanalysis to the actual situation to verify the correctness of the simulation model. Analysesthe influence of the performance parameters and working conditions on the system’sdynamic response. Realize the optimization of system design. And analysis systemdynamic response characteristics.Thirdly, make a design and simulation for control strategy of hydraulic system.Respectively by traditional PID control and RBF neural network PID control act onsystem model. And improve the problems existing in the RBF neural network PID control.The simulation results show that the improved RBF network PID has faster responsespeed, high tracking accuracy and robustness. It can meet the design requirements.Finally, based on the LabVIEW respectively implementation the controller of thetraditional PID and the improvement of the RBF network PID programming. Andcomplete the design of the testing interface.Construct electro-hydraulic servo test bench.Test the two kinds of control strategies.And analysis the control effect of traditionalPID and the improved RBF neural network PID control.The results show that theimproved RBF neural network PID control effect is much better to traditional PID. Verifythe simulation results.
