Modern science and technology is achieving rapid development,Mechanical equipment using hydraulic system plays an increasingly important role in the international competition.However,hydraulic system fault types are diverse,the cause of the fault is complicated.Real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of hydraulic system state is transformed from theoretical research to practical application,a lot of reliability verification is required.If the test is carried out in engineering practice,the required period is long and the cost is high.Therefore,at the present stage,hydraulic faults are carried out on a hydraulic test stand.Based on this idea,In this paper,a hydraulic system fault simulation test bench is designed,which a variety of hydraulic fault can be simulated.And on the basis,developing test and control system with LabVIEW software.First of all,based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature research,the research and development related to hydraulic fault diagnosis,hydraulic test bench as well as test and control technology are introduced.Then the schematic diagram of the hydraulic fault simulation test bench is analyzed and explained.Based on the above,the common factors affecting the hydraulic fault and the fault characteristics are summarized.Then,the fault mechanism of hydraulic pump fault,hydraulic cylinder fault,pressure oil filter fault and so on are described in detail.In the following paper,the general design flow of electro-hydraulic servo system fault simulation test bench is expounded,including the design of the hydraulic pump station,the design of the hydraulic system diagram of the fault simulation test bench,the design of the parameters of the relevant parts of the hydraulic system of the test bench,The specific design of the function of the control station,anti-interference design of measurement and control system and measurement and control system hardware IPC and data acquisition card specific parameter selection process.Next,the hardware selection of the hydraulic fault simulation test-bed test and control system is introduced in detail,and the key technical issues of the test and control system such as signal acquisition and equipment control are described in depth.At the end of this paper,the data acquisition and control program of hydraulic fault simulation test rig is written with LabVIEW software.It can realize that selective collection and recording of each sensor data on the fault simulation experimental platform,and at the same time,it can real-time control the solenoid valve and servo valve.The friendly interface is designed as a direct instrument reading interface,a test curve display interface,a hydraulic element control interface,and an acquisition data analysis and processing interface.The block diagram program in the background is improved on the basis of the traditional polling programming method,and subroutines,shift registers,etc.are incorporated into a multi-cycle production-consumer mode.
