Nowadays more and more scholars are concerned about the machinery andequipment vibration problems. As one of the three transmission systems, hydraulicsystem’s nature and characteristics determine the mechanical equipment vibration whichlead by its work in the hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump as the power systemcomponent, is the heart of the hydraulic system, which is the hydraulic system vibrationand noise generation source. As the most common pump, when axial piston pump works, it will inevitably existvibration, which not only makes their own parts rubbing, causing damage and reduce thelife and efficiency, but also causes the hydraulic piping vibration, resulting in severefailure; moreover, it will take energy waste, pollute the environment. However, it has acombined effect of multiple sources of vibration excitation mechanism which is difficultto ascertain due to its complex structure, deputy campaign and more nonlinear affected bymany factors; moreover, the axial piston pump has complex vibration transmission pathand various forms, resulting that its vibration transfer law is not easy to explore. Therefore,it is necessary to axial piston pump vibration issues in depth. In this paper, a certain axial piston pump are studied as the following researches:Firstly, axial piston pump mechanical structure, mechanical connection constraints, and the film features are analyzed, and the components and housing mathematical modelof the axial piston pump vibration transmission path are established combined with thecharacteristics of vibration transmission pathways, which can build vibration transmissionpath distribution. Then, considering the effect of fluid inertia, viscosity and oil temperature and otherfactors, the piston chamber and the valve plate flow fluctuation analysis model areestablished in the Fluent software platform to analyze the impact of the pump outletpressure and speed changes of axial piston pump flow pulsation and pressure shocksmaking full use of the dynamic mesh and sliding grid technique. Finally, as the vibration final receptor, axial piston pump finite element model is established in ANSYS software platform to obtain modal analysis by numerical naturalvibration characteristics of the housing. The "sensitive areas" are taken harmonic responseanalysis, by which the vibration characteristics of piston pump casing and its variation canbe found under the resonant frequency; the vibration characteristics of the resonant shellsurface area are studies under the excitation signal of pressure fluctuation analyzed.
