Hydraulic technology is the use of liquid dielectric, which flows in the hydraulic pumps, tanks, valves, pipes and other components of the system. In such a fluid system, there is a wide range of complex flow passage. The characteristics of liquid which flow in the complex flow passage have an important influence on the performance of fluid system components and the entire fluid drive control system. There are several main problems in the existing flow system of high pressure axial piston pump. First, there have the large energy consumption, the high noise, the low efficiency and the high power consumption in the flow passage. Second, the structural design of flow passage is often basised on experience; Few Finite Element Method is used to. Third, the research on flow structure of the flow passage is rarely, especially in the aspect of the influence on the flow structure to flow system performance.This paper establishes a flow of high-pressure axial piston pump, the 3-D geometry model of fluid flow. The three-dimension CFD technique is used to value simulation and visible research the flow field inside the flow passage of high-pressure axial piston pump. Qualitative analysis the relation among the flow filed (velocity, pressure) of different flow passage model in variable rotate speed and load-press, and the relation among structure, noise, energy loss. The results of analysis provide the base for optimizing the structure of axial flow passage, and establish the foundation for designing the high efficiency, the low energy consumption, the low noise hydraulic pump and flow passage.
