With the expansion of the domestic civil aviation consumer market, the number ofaircraft and the number of flights increased dramatically, the rapid growth of aviationmaintenance base flight sorties increased the amount of maintenance tasks for the entirecivil aviation aircraft maintenance system which is a big challenge. Owing to the smallcivilian aircraft sorties, that "safety first, efficiency second" slogan, but now the marketfor aircraft flight punctuality put forward higher requirements,"both error-free andefficient" gradually become the new slogan areas at civil aviation aircraft maintenance,the ability to control the level of civil aviation aircraft maintenance system whichhuman error put forward higher requirements.Thesis by analyzing the general concept of human error caused by the model, theintroduction of context, explore the internal mechanism of human error in aviationmaintenance produced, the establishment of a civil aviation crew human error models.In this paper, ideas fishbone diagram, look for indicators of human error factors setcontrol, building a base for aviation maintenance human error control indicators. Finally,an aviation maintenance base, for example, the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy processmaintenance base human error control conducted a comprehensive evaluation.Firstly, the paper studies aviation accidents from human error starting, through acomprehensive analysis of accidents caused by human error model because the classicaltheory proposed, collate and analyze the factors affecting the general model of accidentcausation research elements and accidents arising from the inherent mechanismproposed From the individual factors, situational awareness and situational factorsmanagement level established human error factor model three aspects of civil aviationcrew.Secondly, the paper aircraft maintenance system by defining human error controlcontent, were analyzed at the individual factors, basic situational awareness andsituational management level and on the relationship between human error, using theidea of fishbone diagram, the effects of lead on human error factors are resolved,proposed a series of indicators to control human errors occur, building civil aviationaircraft maintenance human error control models. Further by the civil aviationmaintenance industry event of human error statistical analysis to verify the validity ofthe index system. Finally, the paper by comparing various evaluation methods, analytical hierarchyprocess to determine the weight of each selected index weight, to determine the finalmembership fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the establishment of a human errorcontrol capability evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy processmaintenance base, and Human error control C aviation maintenance base fuzzycomprehensive evaluation, and to develop a C aviation maintenance base human errorcontrol strategy.The control strategy is applied to C aviation maintenance base, andachieved good results, it proves that the studies is scientific and feasible.
