Landslide is a frequent geological disaster in mountainous area. The mass oflandslide hazard has caused huge damages to human beings. Landslide disaster is acumulative process of deformation, usually with obvious precursor features. The slopedeformation is the most obvious and visualized reflect of slope instability. Deformationmonitoring is an important method to evaluate the slope soil stability. The evaluationof slope soil stability based on the parameter of slope soil deformation is thefoundation of deformation monitoring and a significance method to quantitativelyevaluate the deformation. Sensor is used to monitor the site and acquire thecharacteristic parameters, including displacement vector, displacement speed, angle ofthe vector, stress, soil temperature, rainfall, etc.The slide slope monitoring system aimsto obtain deformation characteristics and realize the remote real-time monitoringthrough modern communication network technique. By means of kinds of analysismethods, study the relationship between the parameters and slope stability, analyze andpredict the slope stability and grasp the regular pattern of slope deformation which areconducive to realize the safety warning of slope deformation, slide slope can besimulated, analyzed and forecasted so that an early warning system of slide slope canbe built. and play significant role on reducing the geological disaster and protectingpeople’s lives and property.The article based on MEMS angular transducer, which relies on engineeringpractice is to study the angular transducer applying in the slope monitoring system.According to the fundamental of MEMS angular transducer and characteristic of slopedeformation monitoring project, to protocol safety evaluation scheme by displacementvector and angular vector. In terms of the scheme,we design and manufactureclinometers equipment based on MEMS transducer, as well as adopt a series ofanti-interference design to improve the system performance of clinometers equipmentso that the test of angular could be stable and reliable,and used in the Slope monitoringsystem. In allusion to the ubiquitous constant error and proportional error ofclinometers equipment during the research process, the article proposed errorcorrection algorithm on the strength of principle of transformation of coordinates andparticle swarm optimization which acquires preferable effect, also the clinometerscould satisfy the technical requirement of slope monitoring projects. Considering the Shanghai to Chongqing highway Shizhu section’s practice, and several dimensions oftechnology, economy, safety and stability, a joint measurement based on angle anddisplacement information is presented,and a slope monitoring system is designed,areal-time data of engineering site is obtained. In constructing a safety evaluation modelof the slope, the stability of displacement, angle information and safety factor can beanalyzed based upon strength reduction method. On the basis of the analysis, anevaluation method based on displacement, angle information and slope stability can beput forward so that the stability of the slope can be predicted.
