nowdays,with the development of science and computer technology, hydraulictechnology has the emergence of new trends. Digital electro-hydraulic control valvewhich is called digital valve, can be connected with computer without digital analogconverter. A digital signal can directly control the flow,the direction and the pressure.compared with servo valve, digital valve has the advantages of simple structure, goodmanufacturability, low price, anti pollution ability and can also use computerprogramming, digital control. Without D/A converter, open-loop control with goodaccuracy, but also to get a better dynamic and static characteristics.In this paper,permanent magnet AC servo motor is used to drive spool andcontrol valve opening size in order to control the flow of oil output. This paperanalyzes the characteristics of different digital direction flow valve program andcompletes the design of pilot valve. And compares the characteristics of the differentvalve structure, valve and throttling groove, and completes the structural design of thevalve, throttling valve and tank. Then analysises the force on the valve core, on thebasis of this, chooses the reasonable ball screw and checkes the strength.This paper buildes a mathematical model of digital direction flow valve,analysises the mathematical model equations of motion drive system, transmissionsystem and hydraulic valve. On the basis of all these,builds dynamic mathematicalmodel. Using Simulink of matlab, we can see the steady-state and dynamiccharacteristics of the entire digital directional flow valve.With the Simulation of matlab, this paper tells the response time and accuracy ofcontrol. At last, we change the gain of matlab/simulink to get the satisfied results. Thesimulation results show that: In this paper, the frequency response of the digitaldirectional flow valve is0.04s.
