With the development of economy, the level of human material and civilizationgradually raised, modern market environment has undergone tremendous changes, moreabundant supply of goods brought increasingly fierce market competition, but alsopromote the diversification of customer demand. In order to meet customer needs andwin the market competition, companies have to produce customized, personalizedproducts, but also to meet the requirements of short cycle, low cost and high quality.Mass customization production model meet these needs in a certain extent, but due tothe differentiation of production processes and the dynamic and complication ofproduction process which brought by the diversification and customization of products,enterprises are facing enormous challenges in terms of time researching. The traditionaltime quota methods have been difficult to adapt to MC production mode, to accuratelyand efficiently make working hours, thereby making it difficult to predict delivery timeaccurately. Therefore, in order to meet the competitive demands in MC productionenvironment, companies must find a method to lay down the man-hours of productsaccurately and efficiently.Based on the characteristics of MC production model and the new requirements fortime quota, combining with the limitations of current time quota methods existing inenterprisees, the article put forward working hours modularization method to solve theproblem that time quota is difficult to formulate quickly and accurately. Outstandingfeatures of this approach are: fully considering the impact of mass customizationenvironment for time quota, on the basis of modularity theory and process similarity,using the thought of data reuse, work out all sorts of customized products and its partsmanufacturing time quota of the enterprise with high efficiency and low cost; Inmanufacturing process point of view, taking the carrier of working hours as the basis todivide working hours module, the method change the traditional mode which takesmanufacturing process and the operation as the research object, the starting point ofmaking working hours is moved toward upstream manufacturing process from sequence,which simplifies the formulation of time quota In terms of ideology and process. Thewhole idea of this method is transfixing the modularization with working hours modulefrom establishment to integration.The process of working hours modularization is the formulation process of tinme quota. Firstly, according to process similarity, the logical working hours module andentity working hours module oriented product family were established; Secondly, Inorder to retrieve and match, different types of working hours modules use differentcoding methods according to their respective characteristics; Thirdly, the principles ofretrieval and reuse of every type of working hours module were determined. Fourthly,working time model of every working hours module was built through neural networktechnique, so as to acquire manufacturing time quota of customized products accuratelyand efficiently; Fifthly, integration rules of working hours module were confirmed,according to process in product manufacturing; Sixthly, the structure of working hoursmodule library was standardized and its maintenance method From two levels was cameup; Finally, a enterprise case illustrated the specific applied process of working hoursmodularization method.
