Research On Calculating The Time Quota Of Pipe Pallet Based On Genetic Neural Network

Pipe pallet processing is a very important part of the ship manufacturing process.The determination of pipe pallet working hours is also an important basis for ship enterprises to formulate management plan,cost accounting and production schedule control.Therefore,to improve the efficiency of the pipe tray processing to reduce the cost of shipbuilding,it is necessary to accurately calculate the working hours of the pipe tray,so that the pipe tray processing tasks can be accurate and efficient completion.Based on the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the model of pipe pallet quota based on genetic neural network theory and method.First,the volume information of the pipe tray obtained from the production design is analyzed in detail,and the characteristic quantity of the pipe tray which is closely related to the working time quota is selected.Secondly,60 sets of pipe tray data of CN9000-1 ship of a shipyard are taken as the sample,the characteristics of the sample and the fixed working hours of the 60 sets of pipe trays obtained in the original manual measurement mode are taken out.On this basis,the weights and thresholds of BP neural network are genetically optimized,and a genetic neural network model reflecting the law between the volume and working time of pipe tray trailer is trained by MATLAB software to quickly predict the new pipe tray Working hours quota.Finally,the model is simulated by MATLAB software,the validity of the model is verified,and the corresponding management suggestions are given for the simulation results.Based on the genetic neural network,the efficiency and accuracy of the working hours of the pipe pallet are improved,which provides a meaningful reference for the planning and cost budgeting of the shipbuilding enterprises.The ship’s quota standard is an important external support for the ship’s working hours measurement system.It is revised according to the working standard of the ship industry and the actual situation of the enterprise.With the change of the production environment,equipment,technology and personnel,the working time quota standard Of the adjustment to meet the actual situation of enterprises.
