Urban old industrial zone of the original industrial buildings witnessed the processof China’s economic boom and the rise of Renaissance. In recent years, with thenational macroscopic policy adjustment, transformation and upgrading of industrialstructure, to improve the air quality and building livable environment concept graduallythorough, so it is urgent to make old industrial building update. This paper selectedtopic is derived from the national "twelfth five-year" science and technology supportproject "key technology for industrial building function improvement and ecologicalreconstruction and demonstration", aimed at industrial zone shanty townstransformation, the bird in a cage to provide theory support.In this paper, the selection of Beijing shougang unimproved bin, as a representativeof the old industrial buildings and compared to the other factory has renovation of thesame functional partition, respectively, the indoor and outdoor PM2.5and PM10concentration monitoring, using the mathematical statistics to evaluate the PM2.5andPM10pollution characteristics, analyzed the unimproved and rebuilding has beenbuilding indoor and outdoor concentration level and its correlation, and the industrialarea outdoor PM2.5standard limits have to explore, through Airpak softwarerespectively on the indoor velocity field, air age, concentration field numericalsimulation research, two-way authentication, based on the weighted markov chain forthe renovation of office building in PM10. The study found that:1) For unremodeled bunker, outdoor pollutant concentrations were generallyserious than indoor, PM2.5was generally serious than PM10. The outside main primarypollutant of bunker was PM10, inside main primary pollutants was PM2.5.2) For the contrast of buildings, PM2.5decline more than PM10.3) With the outdoor PM10-50%decline in turn to PM10-20%and PM10-NORMlevel of the three, bunker’s indoor exceed standard hours of PM2.5levels lower basicexponential distribution. By assuming three industrial zone of outdoor PM2.5and therelated standard limit comparison of the original75μg/m3, found that the allowablevalue is increase to95μg/m3~115μg/m3, can better to measure industrial zone ofoutdoor PM2.5.4) Architecture for the modification of the unimproved bunker and has the innervelocity field and concentration field, air age to carry on the numerical simulation, proved the accuracy of the model and the feasibility of the bunker internally withAirpak particle simulation, through high window split measures, also illustrates theformation of cross ventilation on indoor air quality has improved significantly.5) Taking into account of indoor particulate matter concentrations forecasting hasmastered indoor particle concentration level, discharge safety hidden danger, theignored under the influence of meteorological factors and indoor source, using theweighted markov chain to predict indoor PM10concentration. Value by comparing themonitoring and prediction, found that the weighted markov chain on indoor particulatematter concentrations range prediction, prediction and monitoring values in0.805~0.846, correlation prediction error rate of-10.25%~+19.46%.Paper uses mathematical statistics, experimental test and numerical simulationresearch method of combining the before and after the modification of old industrialbuilding indoor and outdoor pollutants concentration levels and correlation of research,to develop the old industrial zone of the original industrial buildings before and after themodification of PM2.5and PM10standards provide data support and theoretical basis.
