With the deepening of energy crisis, electric vehicle is constantly used as a meansof energy conservation and emission reduction, as a mobile distributed energy storageunit the power battery of electric vehicle can transmit electricity to the grid during thepeak load of power grid and during the off peak load period the grid transmit power tothe battery, this is the V2G technology which is getting more and more attention.In thetypical V2G technology, the electric vehicle bi-directional charger is the importantintermediate interface to realize the interaction of power between the electric vehicleand the grid, In this paper the single phase PWM rectifier is used into the electricvehicle bi-directional charger as its forestage, and the algorithm which is used to reducethe amount of current harmonic is researched in detail.Firstly, this paper analysis the working principle of single-phase PWM rectifier indetail by establishing the switching function model of single-phase PWM rectifier onthe basis of analyzing the topology of the single-phase PWM rectifier, and then theoperation mode of the single phase PWM rectifier which use the dual polaritymodulation is discussed deeply. Then the parameters of the main circuit are designedaccording to the requirements of the subject index and the voltage and current PIcontrollers are designed.Secondly,in order to satisfy the requirement of low harmonic distortion rate andhigh power density of on-board charger. The multiple resonant controllers and notchfilter control method are used to suppress the influence of power grid voltage;For theharmonic amplication effect of the resonant controller in the reference current a100Hznotch filter is added into the dc voltage loop;due to the current system with the innerresonant controller is a high order system which make it difficult to design the controllerparameters,so in this paper adopts the root locus method using the equivalentparametric system root locus of the parameters of the controller to carry on the detailedanalysis and design.Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis the parameters of the main circuit isdesigned and the Matlab/Simulink simulation model is built to do some simulationresearch, the simulation is analyzed in detail verify the effectiveness of the controllerparameter design in this paper; a small power experimental system based on DSP28335is built to do experimental research, including the hardware system and software system,in this paper the sample circuit、driver circuit is designed briefly and the ADsample、SPWM produce programmer is designed in detail and a simple software PLLmethod is put forward, the chart of the relevant procedure is mapped in detail andcontrol algorithm of digital implementation is analyzed in detail; the debugging of thesoftware program and experimental circuit is finished and the closed loop control of thecircuit is finished and make some foundation for the next step of work.
