Patent information services for wind power development plays an invaluablerole to the wind power industry, but the current domestic wind power informationservices lack a unified and effective organizational standards and norms, researchbreadth of patent information on wind power is not enough, the depth to beexcavated, making the wind power industry patent information services can notachieve good results, leading to patent issues wind power industry has beenrestricting the development of the wind power industry. With the global developmentof electronic information, who can provide good wind industry patent informationservices, who will be able occupied the commanding heights of the wind powerindustry, improve the comprehensive competitiveness. In order to solve this kind ofproblem, we propose a domestic wind power generation system catalog Constructionof patent information in order to build wind power through patent information catalogsystem for wind power to sort out patent information resources, planning andintegration, to form a unified and complete wind generation of patent informationresources organizational structure. It will improve the utilization of wind powergeneration efficiency of patent information.In this paper, the status of wind power patent information services and problemsare described and analyzed firstly, and the method of constructing a directory of windpower generation system patent information resources integration ideas. Secondly,through in-depth study of the domestic wind power technology related conditions, thejoint patent information services, ways and means to try to re-domestic wind powerpatent classification and cataloging information, and then build a wind CategoriesChinese patent information system and confirmed that the wind power system hascertain patent information catalog reference and the reference value from multipleangles.
