The quality of the aircraft‘prodution is more and more important present,andthe assembly tooling designing by the digital method is the most important project,analysising the jig and optimal designing that will be a important step in Assemblyjig’s designing.By used the digital designing soft,the quipment of the soft can rising the qualityand pace of designing that avoid some error of designing,shorten the time ofdesigning and manufacturer,reduce the cost of manufacturer,the other side,usingFinite Element Analysis soft to optimal Assembly jig,that can reduce the cost of jig,rising the effective of Assembling.So use digital designing and Finite ElementAnalysis can improve the economic benefits.In this article,there is a introduction of the process of that designing a Assemblyjig by CATIA,and a introduction of the process of that optimaling design a Assemblyjig by ANSYS.Studing on the digital method that use to design a assembly jig,summing up some technology use to designing,that can prepare for the next step’sstuding.
